Can someone please clarify to me when to leave a question blank on the I-130 and I-130a and when to place none or N/A in the blank?

Ex: Part one question 2 asks if you are filling for your child or parent to select the box that best describes your relationship. I'm filing for my spouse, so I would think I leave this blank. Do I need to write anything next to it that it does not apply to me? Then question 3 in part 1 asked if filing for brother/sister are you related by adoption; this is not true so I leave this blank but do I need to write anything next to this that it does not apply? There are several places on the application like this that leave me not knowing what to do. Thanks.

Is there a forum here anywhere on this website that explains filling out this form with clarification?

I used none and N/A instead of leaving it empty. This way USCIS can know that I did not miss any questions, it's just none or N/A.

The immigration process caused me PTSD.

So, next to a place where you have two different boxes to check, you don't need to write anything beside it such as N/A, right?
