question from a friend 

my mother who is LPR applied for me as unmarried child under 21
priority date 11/03/2105
my birth date is 04/31/96
my i-130 got approved 2 months later and I've been waiting for my priority date which has been current since November 10 2017

  i'm now 21 year old and  have maintain my f1 status but  my application for aos has been rejected is there a way to apply for child protection act ?
do i qualify ?

08/23/2016 received a letter to bring my missing medical exam to the interview
08/24/2016 case status change online to case ready to be scheduled for interview

09/25/2016 75th day SR online for EAD

09/27/2016 EAD approved thanks lord

09/27/2017 EAD changed to case was reopened damn :cry:

10/01/2016 EAD approval notice received in mailbox and reopened notice

10/06/2016 EAD case change again to card is being produced :dancing:

10/26/2016 EAD recieved

05/25/2017 Green card received

05/11/2019 I-751 sent 

04/17/2020 case approved no RFE thanks GOD

I assume it took 2 months for your I-130 to be approved? if so CSPA only protects you until you turn 21 + 2months (I-130) = 04/31/2017 + 2 months= 06/31/2017. Your visa wasnt available for your category until November 2017

I think this is the reason why they will move you to F2B
