Hi friends, I would like to know if anyone has heard if anything has changed with the new law in regards to filling for a fiancé visa. Does the ban mean for anyone from those countries listed will not be able to come to the U.S. if a citizen applies for them. My nephew me his fiancé through friends. She is originally from Yemen and is currently living in France with a work and student visa. Yemen is one of the countries that is banned. He is a U.S. citizen would like to bring her here to get married. If he applies will they let her come or should he take his chances on the application. I would really appreciate your help in this case. How would get more information about the new law and does it affect fiancé visas.

Even if she weren't banned, how would they ever complete the investigation? Yemen is absolutely ravaged and it's not like the houthis will help you lol
