I would like to confirm one thing so I hope you can help me out.

To schedule a doctor appointment for K-1 i need my NVC case number right? And before I schedule I need to have my medical tests results.

But to run medical test (blood, RTG, etc) in a place accepted by US Embassy  I dont need it?

Im asking because waiting time for NVC is super long atm around 7 weeks.. and im super short in time. I wish to do as much as possible while waiting for case being forwarded to my country for final proccesing. Please help me clarfy this issue. Thanks!

What do you mean you are super short in time?    I know for spousal visa an NVC case number to have a medical done so I assume it is the same for a K-1.

I’m short on time bcs my fiancé army job. We expedited our case at USCIS but are stuck at NVC stage. It’s 7th week now..

You had to have NVC case number to have blood tests? I know I need NVC case number, photos etc for doctor appointment and have my medical check done by him but before that I have to run my blood tests and RTG and come there with the results.

Thats why why I wonder if I need MVC case number for blood tests in the clinic, before my medical appointment.

For spousal visa it's all done the same time at the medical facility.  No separate medical appointment for blood tests.  I believe it is the same procedure for K-1.

In Poland there is a separate clinic for running the tests and later with the results you schedule appointment with the doctor. No idea about spousal visas. I believe medical processing is a bit uniq in each country.
