Benefiaciary with criminal record in the USA

dear everyone!  i am the topic starter.

So I just had an interview and officer approved my visa (thanks God!).

 

But recently I opened i-485 form (for green card), it has soooooo many questions on criminal history of beneficiary.

Do you know if I received my visa it automatically means I am qualified for Green card too? should i worry about my future status in the US? or it is all good if the embassy did not deny my visa in the first place?

It's definitely a positive thing that they approved the K1, but this doesn't guarantee that GC will be granted. 

 

I believe you can marry and submit AOS application. No one here can say that there is a 100% chance to be approved as this depends solely on the immigration officers, but in my opinion you have a pretty good chance to get it.
