evidence of relationship

Okay,

Here I am again. My fiance is sending me his G-325A but did not add print outs of the e-mails I sent him. I have e-mails from him, some of which show my end of the conversation, and my phone bills. Will that be enough or should I wait for him to send me the e-mails.

He is in Ghana and it takes forever for the mail to get here. I am hoping to have him here this December so I want to send in my I-129F this week. Is this a realistic expectation?

Thanks again for all the great advice I am getting.

Nik

When I sent in my 129f the only proof I included was the passport stamps and it was approved like that.

I didn't put any photos of us, emails, or other evidence. I think this is needed more for the interview.

For this stage they want to see that you have met within 2 years.

The important thing is..Do you have evidence to prove that you have met within the required 2 years which is a requirement of the petition. An abundance of evidence to show an ongoing/bonafied relationsip is required at interview. If you are wanting to send evidence of the relationship now in addition to the evidence of having met....go with what you have.....only be selective.

All the best

They don't want evidence of your relationship til the interview, so hold off on e-mails/letters/phone bills/etc. for now. Right now they want to know that you two intend to marry each other within 90 days of him arriving in the country (hence the letters of intent) and that you two have met in person within the last 2 years. So boarding passes, print-outs of e-tickets, hotel receipts, pictures of you two together, etc.

agree 100%

If you don't have all your boarding passes-copy the stamps that are in your passport-that is what I did.

What everyone else said. The evidence of an ongoing relationship is for the interview... For the application you have to prove that you have met in person, which means boarding passes, passport stamps, photos etc. Emails don't prove that you were actually together...
