I am now a U.S. citizen but when I was doing my paper work n400 and other forms I did not list one of my child on my forms and now i would like to file for her to come live with me here, she currently resides in the UK and she is not a UK citizen. Can anyone tell me if it's possible to now file for her.

Is the child biologically yours and have you lived 5 years in the US and 2 of them being when you were over 14 years old?

It is possible to file for her but you will be questioned as to why you suddenly have a child and why she was not listed on any of your paperwork. It is misrepresentation but not of the material nature. Expect to have a DNA test to prove the child is your biological child.

The child must be legally residing in the country where they interview.

As the child was born prior to the OP becoming a us citizen (hence why he said they should have been on the N400 form) the above 5 year 2 of which should be over 14 years old rule doesn’t matter.

Belinda63 is correct in that unless the lack of listing the child would have resulted in the denial of the original visa or adjustment of status then it isn’t material misrepresentation. The OP can file for the child but should expect lots of scrutiny especially if anything is off with the date of birth of the child (being born to woman a during which time the OP came in on a marriage to woman b has been a past example) and will almost certainly have to do a DNA test to show he is related to the child. You might also have to prove that you have a relationship with the child, this has been asked for in the past depending on how old the child is.
