You have had some update in CEAC. I am waiting since November 29, I was also approved, and now it is in AP

If your attorney is telling you that the NOA2 date is his visa expiration date then I suggest a new attorney.  The NOA2 expiration date is for the I-129F petition at the Embassy.  You had the intervie

That is not the visa expiration date .  Has nothing to do with the visa.  From what I can tell the visa has not even been issued.  Once issued it is valid for 6 more months
