I received an email from CRIS- the email reads that the petition that was transfered to CSC is now pending there.

I have received touches earlier too but there was no email that accompanied those touches- is this a special touch because as far as i know i was already aware that my petition was pending at CSC. please explain

I think, we have the same case.

Previously, I was informed (thru CRIS email) that my case was being sent to CSC for processing. Then, a few weeks later, I got another CRIS email saying, that my case remains pending in the service where it is transfered.

My take on this, it is the latter date that actual filing of case in CSC happened (with the hardcopy of the petition) . And the the first CRIS email was just to inform me that they are planning to transfer my case to CSC. So the actual hardcopy was still with MSC that time.
