Hi i need serious advice.. as u all know f2a approval taking a long time. So me and my husband decide we will give a try to b2 visa.. please give us a serious advice.. because it's really hard to wait while we dnt know what time it will take to just approve our petition.. TIA

Hi,

You can give it a try if you want to. i wouldn't waste my time and money if i were you because as soon as they open your B2 request, they will find out you are under F2A process. I haven't seen anyone would get approved for another type of visa since they are in processing paperwork.

My daughter visits with a B2 visa while on waiting on F2A (aged out) to F2B. They will see it though. As long as you make sure that your purpose of visit is for tourism. The burden of proving this would be on you. You still have to have ties to your home country.

Yea that's make sense.. I will give it a chance.. As everybody know uscis not approving f2a category since nov 2016.. so i am a bit nurvous about it.. I have already spend 1 year for just waiting for the approval.. let's see! Thanks for you reply :-)
