The status of her application is stuck at Ready since Dec 7. 2017. It has been more than 2 weeks since we went and 11 work days. They told my wife it would take 1 or 2 weeks. Has anyone been in this situtation or went though this? She was approved and they told her she did not had to do anything else but wait for her visa to be issued.

Maybe they are verifying a duc that una submitted

Today we checked in the informatiin window. We don't have any problems they are the ones being slow on us. Supposively we are just in line to get the visa issued. Idk if my permanent residency affects this since I am nit a citizen. The ones getting their visas issued quick are because the spouse is a citizen.

I am a citizen and my husband has been waiting as well. His interview was Nov. 28th. There are several others stuck waiting. It's frustrating because the ones interviewing now are receiving their packets in less than a week. Hopefully it won't be too much longer!

My husband had his interview on Nov. 27th and was approved.

He is still waiting.

Our attorney called the consulate and they told her they are having trouble printing the visas.

He had also heard from someone else that they had a system failure.

I am not sure if they told our attorney when they expected to solve the issue.

We will be calling her tomorrow.

I have seen people come and go. I am at guesthouse and it is really frustrating to just be waiting.

After 3 weeks my husband went back to his home state. It was getting to expensive to pay for a place to stay.

Depends on where you stay at. I am a guesthouse the price is really good for everything that comes included.

My husband is the breadwinner in our household. So it is tough when money is going out but not coming in. We did not plan on him being gone so long.

I also had plans to have our vacation with our kids in Mexico since June.

Not much of a vacation now with this added stress.
