ETA on 2GO Sending Docs to Embassy

I have a quick question in regards to how long does it take for the US Embassy in Manila to receive documents sent locally.  My fiancee passed her interview :D however they said that she's missing a particular NBI document.  She obtained the document and sent it by, as requested by the embassy, a courier service called "2GO".  My question is, how long does it take for the US Embassy to receive the document by this courier when she's sending it from Cebu? I'd imagine it would take about 1 day, but then my second question is, how will we know that the embassy has received it?  Do they notify us by any means?  Or do they just go straight into processing the visa and we won't hear anything for an additional 10 days?  Does anyone have any experience in this subject matter?  Thank you so much in advance!

You could check tracking on 2GO for when it was received.   And of course check your fiancee's status on the CEAC website.    A 221g for documents can another another week or two, so be patient.

Each CO has a schedule of appointments each day.  The responses for additional information are dealt with during a CO's unscheduled time.  It all depends on the size of the pile that the CO has.  They try to get to them as quickly as possible

YMMV

Hank, thank you so much for that link.  I swear you're like a Visa Journey life saver :) I could not find any tracking information on 2GO website using the MNL number nor passport number for neither air/land or sea methods of tracking (I can't believe they would have separate links for those two), but I did notice that the case was updated on December 15th according to the CEAC website.  I am hoping that the date is indicative of when they have (hopefully) received my fiancee's documents.

Thank you both for responding as it lifts a worry off our shoulders a bit :) She did pass her interview and this is the only thing that's left :D
