How far into the future can my fiancé schedule her visa k1 interview once she has done her medical?

How far ahead does she need the interview after the medical?   Most want to schedule both very close to each other (like within the same week)

The appointment calendar is usually no more than a month out for scheduling.

Medicals expire -keep an eye out for that. Also your i129f approval letter had a  expiry date. I am not 100% sure but you may want to book an interview prior to your noa2 expiry date (or get that extended if you cant) maybe someone else can confirm this info. But I'd assume do it before the approval expires.

USEM extends the validity of the approved petition up to 1 year automatically, so no issue there.
