Hi to you all,

Guys please I need your advice on this issue on ground!

My fiance who is a US citizen and we havent met before but We have been dating for one year plus now. i told her everything about my self. Including my health status.

At the moment she is pressuring me of coming to America just to visit and also to know her family too.

My planning are to apply for tourist and medical treatment Visa cause am an HIV patient.

Well,  please advise me if US embassy will grant me VISA? cause it will be very bad and shameful that throughout our relationship I was unable to see her.

Also I have so many questions to ask

She is your fiancé and you have never met before?    You may be able to get a visa (some countries are easier than others) but if not, is there any reason why she cannot visit you?

No harm applying, let us know how you get on.

I work in a healthcare setting with a lot of international patients. I think your medical visa will greatly depend on which country you are coming from. For some countries their medical visa is sponsored by their country's embassy, meaning that their home country is willing to pay all the medical bills and living expenses while they are in the US (We see a lot of people from the UAE and Kuwait that tend to do this and basically outsource their more complicated medical cases.)

Other medical visas are obtained by proving that you have the expenses to pay your own medical bills and support yourself through the medical treatments.

Good luck.

Some sort of virtual presence device?

Seems quite common.
