Hi Guys :)) I have a question. My uncle, who is an USC got married in Armenia in 12/2006, with Armenian citizen. We just filed I-130 and waiting for the NOA 1 so we can send in the I-129F for K-3. He is very very concerned about the interview, so I was hopping to get an answer for him from you guys. So his concern is, that they have an age difference, almost 15 years, also he was previously married (and his ex-wife was not a USC, and she got her green crad through him). Do you think these 2 thinks may become a reason for their application denile?? Their marriage is real marriage, they had and engagement, than they had a big big wedding, and they have a proof of it (pictures, DVD). And one more question, have anyone been interviewed in US Embassy in Yerevan, Armenian. Would like to hear about your experiance also. Thank you guys very very very much in advance.

Nyutka,

You provide only the most superficial information. On the surface these things are not cause for a denial, but there is possibly some detail in the circumstances of the issues that may be the basis for delay in the issuance of a visa, if not a denial.
