Hello everyone. I'm a filipino working overseas (UAE). My fiancé visited me here in UAE and proposed. My question is, Do I have to go home in my home country (Philippines) to do the Medical and interview? Or I can do it here in UAE US Embassy? If I can do it here, Do I need to get NBI clearance in my home country? I hope someone could give me some insight regarding this matter. Thank you.

You don't have to go home at all po to do the interview or the medical. There are many pinoys who complete processing while working as a OFW.

You do need an NBI  clearance though and I am sure you can get it from the Philippines embassy. If there are any more Philippine specific questions them come over to the Philippines subforum and we can help you out.
