I have a k-1 visa and already complied marrying my fiance before 90days. We are now processing for the Adjustment of status, i would like to ask if do we need to file i-130 for my AOS? He is a us citizen. Please enlighten me. Thanks.

No you do not need to file i130 if you originally filed a i129f, you got married , than you go straight to filing your aos i485 and your i797 ead (and optional travel doc I believe I 131)

Thanks for the information. We are unsure on this because the last person we talked to said that we needed the i-130. But from what i knew, it is not needed becauseike what you've said, i already had the i-129f. Thanks again.

No worries you can actually see on the "timelines" section of this website under i130 it only states cr1 and ir1 only. Because k1 filed the i129f. Also there are some guidelines that may help on here as well with what is required after marriage.

As long as you married within 90 days of entry on the K-1, you do not need to do an I-130 for that individual.

If somebody married after 90 days, or entered via another visa, then the I-130 is needed.
