I don't think the feeling that most people would have about their partner having sex with another person is merely jealousy or that it is some kind of religiously indoctrinated response. Many animals in the wild pair up into monogamy and I don't think they can even spell Judeo-Christian.

Obviously this man's wife loves him and is SATISFIED, or she wouldn't still be with him. Sex is part of marriage, but it's only ONE part. Now, if she started the issue by complaining about his small #######, then maybe I would say he has a good reason to feel insecure. But he's doing it to himself and if he doesn't stop, the marriage will likely break up.

Really, nobody is perfect. I realize it's hard not to compare ourselves to others (I'm always thinking my butt is too big). But you need to learn to overcome your insecurities.
