Unfortunately, there aren't really any successful ####### enlargement techniques -- surgical or non-surgical. Sure, there are procedures designed to lengthen and/or widen the #######; however, these procedures are usually dangerous and not promoted by the American Urological Association, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

The way the ####### is lengthened is by cutting something called the suspensory ligament, which is attached to the pubic symphysis, holding the ####### close to the pubic bone and supporting it when erect. This does allow the ####### to "grow" an extra inch. The problem, however, is that without the suspensory ligament firmly bonded in place, the ####### can no longer achieve a high angle when erect. In fact, many times the ####### aims downward after this procedure and can wobble around during intercourse.

The way the ####### is widened is by suctioning off fatty tissue from a fleshy part of the body and then injecting it into the #######. Another option is to cut fat away from the buttocks abdomen and then graft it onto the #######. Some surgeons use tissue from cadavers. While these two techniques can make the ####### wider, this newfound state only lasts for a limited amount of time.

The major problems with both lengthening and widening the ####### include additional operations to correct previous operations, scarring, shorter penises (usually due to scarring), hair on the base of the #######, low-hanging #######, loss of sensitivity, and bumps, lumps, and clumps of fat. 2. Stretching with penile weights -- This technique is very likely to cause permanent penile damage and no appreciable gain in length (certainly not in width) with any permanence.

3. Vacuum pumps -- Because pumps draw blood into the ####### and make it swell, they're useful in the treatment of impotence (erectile dysfunction). This may create an illusion of a larger #######, but results are seldom permanent. Repeated use can damage elastic tissue in the #######, leading to less-firm erections.

4. Pills and lotions -- These usually contain vitamins, minerals, herbs or hormones such as testosterone. Although topical testosterone is sometimes used on adolescent boys to accelerate puberty, there's no evidence that it or any other substance can increase ####### size in adult men.
