Problem wife adding my wife to ds260 form

I have already been to visa interview with my wife , after the interview , we realize that her name is not on confirmation page, I have been giving the chance to go and add her to my confirmation page on the Ds260 . On the d's 260 form the add applicant option is not there...what can I do

I don’t understand this. You’re saying they allowed your wife in without being on the interview letter and without a DS260? And now you want to add her after the interview? Is this what the consular officer told you to do?  Did she form part of your interview? Did they keep her passport or did they give you some kind of form with instructions about her case? 

I don’t think KCC can help anymore as your case is no longer with them but with Ghana now.
