It means that you have to wait. There's a lot of people ahead of you. Also, keep in mind that the information you see there is not always accurate. USCIS is bad with publishing dates.

means for some reason (probalby the huge stacks of applications in inbox on a desk) that a June application was put in stack ahead of May and when the case was entered into sysytem it came up working on June cases

then someone entered a May case and the computer went back to working on May cases

It would be helpful to do your timeline and put in country you are dealing with

it helps to get the most correct answers from people dealing with your embassy

it helps to know your country to know if you are dealing with high fraud and need to do additional documents for immigration and embassy

what visa? i can assume K1 since California but that is not always the case

CSC does not process visas. They process petitions and applications that do not require an interview. I'm assuming you actually are referring to the I-129F petition processing timeline.

It is currently taking about 5-6 months for adjudication of the I-129F. CSC currently handles all I-129Fs for a K-1 visa (barring very select certain circumstances requiring a transfer later). I-129Fs being handled by another service center are most likely for a K-3 (and were sent there to match the corresponding I-130 filed), or otherwise meet one of the rare exceptions requiring a transfer.

What do you mean "do not require an interview?

Oh yes sorry I forgot to put explanation on my thread that this is my question for processing time on petition case that currently being processes for getting NoA2

The I-129F and I-130 petitions (almost always) do not require an interview to adjudicate. If an interview is necessary (very rare!), the case is transferred to a field office at that time.

The visas still require an interview at the embassy, but there's no interview for the petitions themselves (which is what the service centers handle).
