December 1, 2017 - Received NOA1 Text

December 8, 2017 -  NOA1 Hard-copy

Well from this date forward i will enjoy the journey no choice //  at least couple months till get NOA2, hope not RFE, this is my second time with a different fiancee,  lol!, first I-129f  (2013) got approved in 3 months + 2 months till got visa in Bogota Colombia, hoping  this  ride  go the same way around as the first one!! ........... no bumps, nice and easy, straight forward.

not trying to discourage you or anything but I'm not sure if you saw your estimated date of approval...

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between June 6, 2018 and June 9, 2018*.

Many of us here have been waiting for our NOA2s close to 6 months now and some even longer...

It would be really a shame if Jesus comes back sooner than my NOA2 :(

I'm sorry I had to laugh.... this is all so ridiculous what's happening to us... and first Chicago seal cracked me... and I couldn't write down anything than oh yeah I'd expect any miracle happening than uscis getting out of this mess!

 

to OP:

rigth now the average wait time if I'm being positive is 180 days for approval of noa2. Some May filers just got theirs without rfe around day 210.

today the lates approved case was June 16. 

 

i really hope it was the good old times! Or they can solve this mess.

I guess you will be in our december boat then. I'll be flying out to the States coming saturday and we will be filing our K1 at that time. Don't get discouraged. We will pull eachother through.

let's keep fingers crossed, save some money ... sometime in January 2018 travel to Colombia to visit gf and my family and the the flame of love  lit.
