K-1 VIsa application Residence question

Hello community,

 

I am currently filling out a K-1 petition and I have a question as to what residences to include and not include and what actually constitutes having resided somewhere.  I have traveled an over abundance for work in the last five years, including multiple countries and states and need to know what actually has to be included as a residence before I spend hours searching for addresses and filling out forms.
