Hello! After a successful medical, I am happy to say that my husband has his final interview scheduled for the 21st of December!

I've been keeping hold of everything we've gathered for the I-130 and medical. However, in regards to what exactly we need to bring to the interview I'm finding conflicting lists.

So, is there any recently updated list where I can find exactly what I need to bring with us? Especially if there's new documentation we've not had to present yet?

Also, what should we be expecting? Will I be allowed to go with him or will I have to entertain myself in London for a couple hours (he hates London so I'm going to make it a bit less miserable for him either way!)

Thank you all so much for your help! There's no way we would've been able to pull this off without this forum and the lovely people in it.

London provides a list of what to bring. Open all the drop downs.  Here https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/family-immigration/required-documents/

You do NOT need latest dates, chat logs, pics especially selfies together, money transfer they focused on beneficiary sends money to their spouse as stated in a previous answer. London does not want any further relationship proof. They want the original documents that were sent as photocopies to NVC like birth certificate, marriage certificate...check out the list on their website.

To go inside with your spouse, he has to request it.

Please provide the date of the appointment and the name of your U.S. citizen spouse or fiance(e) and arrangements will be made for them to be admitted to the Embassy.  They will be required to bring with them photo-id for presentation to Embassy personnel.  Children not applying for visas may accompany you also. If 12 or over, we will require their name and they will require photo-id. Please provide the required information through our contact form.

When completing the form,  please include your case number (e.g. LND2013XXXXXX). Failure to do so will delay our response.

The contact form is here https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/iv_contact_form/

Their marriage is blessed in many forms including of rewarding them with a beautiful and joyful baby girl named Abigail Exodus Haltom which named perfectly represents their love and life story as a family.
