Does anyone know how the passport can be tracked? We filled out the Air21 form, but no tracking number provided. I looked online but the embassy page has a broken link to tracking info, and still talks about 2go as the courier.

2go is the courier for the visa side of the embassy and Air21 is for the passport side. I have found a couple links for you to use:

Thanks, but...this is for a brand new passport for our infant son, so we don't have a passport number or case number....

We did not get a notice when our babies US passport was sent..

it was delivered by air21...
