I-693 question (Concurrent filing I-130, I-485, I-765)

Hi!

My name is Thea, and this is my first post here. Hope everyone is having a good day.

My application package (Concurrent filing of I-130, I-485, I-765) was returned to me recently with a notice of action that my I-485 was rejected because I used an outdated version, and so I must resubmit my package with the corrected form.

All of the forms and other documents have a time stamp by USCIS at the bottom, including the I-693, which they had opened obviously. They also attached with it the signed envelope where the I-693 was originally enclosed. The envelope also has a time stamp on it.

Question: Should I return to my civil surgeon to have the I-693 re-sealed? Or can I resubmit the time-stamped, unsealed I-693 with the corrected form and accompanying documents?

Thank you in advance.

Sincerely,
Thea

Wait for more opinions as I'm not sure on this but I wouldn't send it back as is.

Try calling the surgeon and requesting another copy, maybe for a small fee?
