10 questions ? I thought they ask  only 6 question if all correct.

Hi all, I received an email this morning that N400 interview was scheduled.  Upon checking my USCIS account, the interview letter was there - interview will occur on September 10 at 9:30 AM at the Newark office.

I-130 (for parents of US Citizens):

 

8/19/2022: NOA (IOE0917XXXXXX); Texas Service Center

7/22/2023: Both (parents) petitions approved

7/27/2023: Both cases sent to NVC

8/8/2023: Received NVC welcome email for both parents

She is now US citizen , I have to wait for another 3 weeks.

Interview was easy. Just practice those 100 questions. Reading /writing was simple sentences.

Name change is very simple process. Looks like all oath slots are Judicial so its depend on the IO, how soon they complete the name change documentation and put you in oath queue. Daily they do 5-6 time oath with max of 23 applicants.

N400: March 23rd 2020 - June 29th 2021

Passport: July 1st 2021 - August 30th 2021

Congratulations to your wife!  And good luck to you in a few weeks!  That is good to know that same day Oath is possible even for name change at the Newark office.
