N-400 Newark/Mt Laurel New Jersey

Going by the monthly threads it seems like there is a slowdown in progress.  Not to say no movement for recent month for Mt laurel and Newark New Jersey

It was running at about 3-7 months to now but no movement so far.

 

Im a September filer and was hopeful that I'd be done by year end or the early start of 2018 but I'm starting to doubt that. Anyone else from Newark/ Mt laurel New Jersey feeling frustrated or have any positive stories other that what I'm seeing here? I

Wow that is quick but they have IOE so it’s online that’s why it was moving so fast

Hi All,

Just wishing you good luck in this the last part of your journey.

The good thing with both of these field offices is that they do same day oath ceremonies, so as long as everything is good with the interview you should be a citizen by the end of the day.

Fellow NJ'ers...last night we received an update saying the Interview is scheduled and they will send a letter with the date.  Yipee.  Still no infopass appointment available on line.  Reason why we need one is my husband's 10 year green card has since expired...and we wanted to get the one year stamp for it.  Hopefully it being expired wont be a problem when he has to turn it in.

Although I did paper filling, I requested USCIS to turn my case into e-filing. The officer told me via email that it was not possible, but surprisingly I received my case number with IOE, and my Elis account number with the NOA. Since my FP still waiting for an update.
