Hi , my husband missed today 2 calls from General Consulate in Casablanca, we are waiting for the second interview after reaffirmation. If they will call again? I emailed them all ready, and we both try to call there , but can’t not reach the person only automatic system . What should we do?

Unless they gave your husband a direct number to someone in the consulate, they have very limited hours in which they answer the general phone lines. I've heard of people calling during the designated times and they still could not reach anyone. I would continue to email the consulate asking for updates, as email is generally the best way to contact them. They might call again, so make sure your husband has his phone on him at all times.

Thank you, yes I know they never respond in that hours too. I am called them after first the interview multiple times from USA, just waist money, and my husband as well. I hope they will call again.

Get your congressman/woman to intervene. My case was stuck for months, i called congressman on Tuesday, on Thursday i got feedback that they have tried contacting my wife and coudnt  reach her. They gave her a call asap, and her visa has been issued. Good luck
