Hello,

I would like to know what do I need to adjust my mother status from tourist visa?

My mother has tourist visa, and I am planning to apply green card for her. So what are the documents I have to submit and how much will the process cost me?

you need to apply for AOS to adjust her status

to tell the truth it would be better she returned to Morocco and you applied for her as alien relative / takes about a year but so does an AOS these days

the way you try looks like immigration fraud when you bring on tourist visa and then try

no she will not be denied. There are NO NEW immigration rules that affect her AOS. Just apply
