I have a question regarding a ROC. My roc window opens on Dec 7th 2018 and I might be abroad during that time but I am coming back on Dec 20th 2018. My Condtional green docent expire until March 7th 2019. My question is that can I still enter with Conditional Green card during my 90 days window? I am planning on applying on 21st Dec 2018. I have some event which I cannot afford to  miss in India. which mean I will be sending my roc it on Dec 21st 2018..

thanks dear.. when it comes to USCIS I get anxiety all the time.. I just wanna make sure I am doing right thing..
