I just got an email from NVC requesting me to send addtional documents which is the form i-864w for my minor daughter petitioned by a USC mother.In Part 3, which box do i have to check?1.a, 1.b or 2? and for Part 5, do i have to put my name (USC mother) as preparer?Thanks for all your help.

1a.  If you can understand English and prepared the form yourself

1b.  If you  utilized and interpreter

2.  If you used the services of another individual to prepare the form on your behalf

 

Part 5 would be if you had someone else prepare it for you

Hola buenas tardes, disculpen mi intromisión pero necesito información sobre este formulario, acaban de aprobar el formulario I-130 para mi hijo, menor de edad, fuera de usa, soy ciudadana americana, aun no esta en NVC y necesito saber si debo mandar este formulario unicamente o debo mandar el I864 y el I864a?

Les agradezco de antemano la ayuda que me puedan brindar, muchas gracias!!

Ah someone had the same confusion as i did. So even though the form seemed to be meant for the Intending Immigrant (the Child), it is acceptable if the petitioner (mother) filling out and answering on behalf of the child?
