They only need the petitioner to submit tax papers for the most recent year. The other two are optional. If what she's making this year is higher than the poverty line then you guys might not need a joint sponsor. Just out of curiosity do you know why the joint sponsor you had was refused? It might not be that important to you now, but maybe it can help others here on VJ.

i asked him twice he did nt gave me any reason he just said its not sufficient u hv to submit a new joint sponsor.
