Hi My dad arrived last October, but no sign of GC or SSN yet. He got a biometric request last month and get it done. Wondering if anybody knows how much time it will take?

Just curious have you paid for the GC?.Usually it takes1-2 months for GC. For SSN, you can go and double check with Local Social security Office

For SSN, you can walk to social security office and apply for one with his stamped Bangladeshi passport.

For GC, I believe you will need to pay the fee once he arrived and then it usually takes 4 months max but usually the card arrived within 2-3 months. (Check the info here:  https://www.uscis.gov/file-online/uscis-immigrant-fee)

good luck.
