Hi,

So my mom's visa application has been approved for a few months now.

What docs do I need to send for her to NVC?

copy of birth certificate

copy of marriage certificate

copy of police clearance certificate

copy of passport page

copy of my passport page

copy of my birth certificate

copy of my marriage certificate

copy of w-2 and I-864 and tax transcripts for my wife and I

Anything else? Do we also send mom's 2 passport pictures now??

you don't need to include your marriage certificate since you have applied for your mom unless your wife will be joint sponsor. I have  added sworn statement from two my relative confirming my relationship with my mom. You can add now or have your mom bring those pictures during interview

Yeah we file tax jointly and she makes more than me so she is co-sponsoring my mom.

Do we also send mom's 2 passport pictures?

Also if we mail the documents from US, should we send copies and originals to her in preparation for her interview?
