Ending a K-1 Visa application.

Having recently decided that it's time to end my relationship with my fiance from Manitoba, could anyone please direct myself on the procedure to stop the K-1 application process.

I've filed for the Visa twice over a 19 year period and she has turned cold and distant again.

Any information would be greatly appreciated. There won't be a third opportunity.

Where in the process are you? If at the petition stage - send USCIS a letter explaining you want to withdraw your petition. If at the embassy stage, don't provide your fiancé with the affidavit of support and supporting documents, that way she can't get approved for the visa. Send USCIS a letter to withdraw the petition in this case too.

She is waiting on the NOA2. Sadly, it was looking like the NOA2 WOULD have showed at her end in about 6 weeks. 

I filed the petition in July. Such a waste of time, money, and effort.
