Actually good that he is working, negates any issues with the Affidavit of Support.

 

He left particularly quick but otherwise seems a fairly normal situation from an immigration perspective. Lots of similar threads.

This myth never dies. An annulment does not impact somebody's green card, nor their ability to ROC in any way differently than a divorce.

There is something to be said as to being able to get an annulment based on fraud meaning there is good evidence that there's also evidence for USCIS to consider, but the annulment itself is not part of that evidence.

If the marriage is by FRAUD, it is invalid as well as any immigration benefit based on a FRAUD marriage. Consult an attorney, please

That's simply not the case. Different strokes...criminal law's requirements for marriage fraud is different than family law's requirements for marriage fraud, which are both different from immigration law's requirements for marriage fraud. People have had an annulment granted due to fraud and kept their green card, ROC'd, and even naturalized. Apples and oranges.

To be fair annulment is a very popular subject on VJ, hard pushed to rember anybody getting one, must have happened.
