AOS Interview without taxes for 2005

Hey guys,

I got a question...my AOS Interview is on March 23rd...we already send in the last 3 tax returns and Im gonna bring them to the interview as well...will there be any trouble if we didnt bring the 2005 tax returns, since the deadline for taxes is in April??

The 2004/2003/2002 returns should be fine, provided that you fulfill the requirements. The tax filing deadline is April 15, 2006 and the federal poverty guideline updates don't usually go into effect until April.

In 2006, April 15th falls on a Saturday; therefore, the Federal tax return filing deadline for Tax Year 2005 is Monday, April 17th, 2006

We had our interview on January 23rd and as we haven't filed our taxes for 2005, we did not submit it. Indeed it was a little joke when my husband (by mistake) said we had the taxes for 2005. The officer was suprised that we filed that early.
