I received a RFE notice from USCIS requesting from me to send them 1Photo Passport type .as Im the petitioner US Citizen .  that was the only thing they asked for.

my Question is should I send any supporting evidence with photo or stick to only what they asked.

I assumed that they already went thru all file and its all what they need.because to me I didnt send first time enough evidence, was expecting they will ask for more photos and extra .......

do u think it can happen for USCIS to have 2 RFE in the same case? like after will send them my Photo they will again say oh we need u to send something else ?

1.  Only send them what they ask for.

2.  Yes, you can get multiple RFEs throughout the process.

so why not they will review everything and send one RFE ? and I can understand if a Petitioner will cause another RFE for sending missing documents requested in the initial RFE that will make sense ,but to ask u send this back, then oh and these too in this case it will be a very stupid action from USCIS .

USCIS works in the way USCIS works. Usually they send a single RFE with everything they notice, but it's possible they notice other issues later when looking over the case again.

Send just what they ask for

don't give them more documents as it means more work and a delay in your application

make sure the passprt photo is accompanied by the cover letter you are sending in (keep copy for yourself and date it )

usually any documents need the case number,  both names and both DOB's so make sure this is clearly identified for your case with that cover letter
