Oh you haven't.  If you do end up submitting evidence, let us know what happens.  They used to return it to you via mail.

Nola, is surely right though its included in the  checklist the bona fide proof of relationship  dated November 17, supporting documentation is needed to provide such as:

Marriage Certificate  Provide a marriage certificate issued by a public authority to show that a public record exists of the marriage between you and your spouse.     The certificate must indicate that after the marriage ceremony, it was registered or recorded by the county, state, or province where the marriage took place.

And in page 3:  STAPLE ALL OF YOUR DOCUMENTS FIRMLY IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER.

All in all, proof of relationship is needed as one of the  supporting document.

Sylv, we are excited for your processing.  God bless.  Thank you Nola :)

hi!

just a few questions, sorry for the delay, had to put visa prep on the backburner with the holidays! :)

for mine (petitioner) and my husbands (beneficiary) birth certificates and marriage license, do photocopies suffice or are originals required?

for proof of relationship/assets together re: bank account history, do we need to show full history of accounts which would be about 2 years old, or just sort of 6 months history summary?

with London embassy for DCF saying proof of my US citizenship isn't required, will it count 'against' me if i do include it (passport, driving license, birth certificate and aren't these things required anyway?

lastly, are they particular about not using staples etc for the packet? When i submitted visa for UK, i was instructed not to have paper clips or staples, to rubber band everything together.

London has a very detailed list of what they require and how they want it to be assembled.  Follow it!

YMMV

right, but the people at the embassy are the ones this is being sent to - so i would put the information for the london embassy here is this correct?

No.  The petition will be processed by the USCIS field office, which might be contained within the same building, but it is not actually processed by embassy personnel

YMMV

ok thank you! so - i do put information for for the london embassy in this box on the i-130 form, is this correct?

Yes.  because it is possible for the USCIS field office in London to process an I-130 for other jurisdictions.

The London Field Office is in the Europe, Middle East and Africa District and has jurisdiction over U.S. immigration matters in the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden.
