You have your own business, but you've already been gone 5 months and planning on at least 2 maybe 4 years studying in the US... so the business doesn't sound like a strong tie if it can survive you being gone that long.

its not a proble,m.b coz me and my wife both are architect.I am here she can take over my responsibilities. And more ever its a consulting firm and iys age is 10 years.

Every body here is trying to prove that I m not going to be approved my cos.I think its their decission 50/50 chance and I am prepared for that.I just need to know the time line.

Dude, your case won't get approved. You said USCIS is looking at petitions from March and you sent your on July. It won't get approved. You have to leave the country before the i-94 expires. Look up your i-94 and look at the expiration date. If you entered the US on June, that your 6 months are up about now.

If cannot have so much trouble understanding something so simple (which I have already told you). Nobody is going to give you an answer that you like. We are giving you the truth. You have to leave as soon as possible.

Not true. Every week in the past few months there is someone who got denied the change of status from B2 to F1. Maybe you got lucky because it was 2014/2015. Plus, it is weird how you got approved July and classes start at the end of August, so did you get your F1 status more than 30 days before class started? That is not allowed.

Also, how is it that you are not enrolled in bachelor right now? Are you enrolled for high school? High school does not have OPT.

This is very bad advice.

WHat is not true? Bad advice? Who are you to say that? Have you ever been through that process? What do you know what I studied. My clasess started in July. I am not enrolled because I got my AA, after that you have 1 year of EAD, after this year I will enroll towards the bachelors which starts in january but I will be without studying from October.

Maybe I got lucky or maybe you are wrong and a negative person, who knows...

You need to improve your writing. I cannot understand what you are saying.

Rules out one line of study.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
