I applied for a K-1 Visa over a year ago and the application was accepted and her visa was granted late last year.

Unfortunately our relationship was turning a bit shaky and I kept stalling her entry into the U.S.

Apparently she figured out that things weren't going to work out...

I received a call from her that she bought a ticket and flew into the U.S. without my knowledge. I have no idea where she is now, how to contact her (she hasn't responded to my e-mails) or anything about her current whereabouts.

According to the K-1 visa I have 90 days to marry her after she entered the U.S., but obviously that's not going to happen now.

What do I do! If the answer is "hire an attorney" I need to find another option since there is no way I can afford that!

Thanks for your help! I'm freaking out.

You seriously need to contact the United States Department of Customs and Immigration. If you have no interest anymore in wanting to be with her...and its obvious, sad but true, she's used you for a free pass into the United States.... She needs to be reported. You don't need an attorney...they will put out an all points bulletin on her. Just be honest with them and tell them that during the course of the K1 Visa, your relationship became shakey and you had changed your mind (which you ARE allowed to do)...let them know she came over on her own and you haven't a clue as to where she even is.... Do so ASAP...

Make an infopass appointment at your local office and explain to the immigration officer what has happened.... Write out a statement detailing the facts as you know them and ask that it be included in your case papers for future reference....

This same thing happened to a friend of mine, they did nothing to him, but deported her. she is the one that acted fraudulently not you. But you need to report her before she gets caught or it could look like you helped her get in the country.

You have kind of contradicted yourself here, you knew she was coming into the country and you knew you had a shaky relationship, but no use crying over spilled milk, now you need to do as other posters have said and get in contact with the relevent people and report what you know.

you have no obligation to support her in anyway. I 134 is a non-binding document. Just report her as others have advised and wash your hands of the whole situation.

I was wondering if the I-134 becomes a binding document after you are married or does the I-864 override it? Also how do you know it is non-binding?

Report it! I hope they track her down and kick her out of the country! That will certainly end her fradulant career of attempting to enter the US on false pretenses. The USCIS should have a record of what POE she came through on, not that it will mean much. Trying to find her will be like looking for a specific grain of sand on the beach.
