I864 Missing Page

My friend has his interview coming up with approved 130, FB 1 category. When collecting documents to take to the interview we notice the photocopy of the i864 missing the signature page. He spoke to the lawyer who is missing that page also in the photocopy at his office.

 

He instructed him to have the sponsor ( His mom) sign a new signature page with today’s date and add it.

 

As it stands he had her sign the page and had it notarized

 

I was wondering if anyone here had any experience with this and should he not have her complete a new i864.
