     Well I'm sure nobody would be talking about freedom of religion if the baker was Muslim, but I think it would have got a lot of coverage. FOX news would be covering how the Muslim baker discriminated against the poor couple. Rupert Murdoch would have probably would have launched the Muslim Baker Network (MBN) to cover it 24:7.

If the baker had been muslim, the couple would have been told to pound sand and suck it up, because the muslim’s religious beliefs are sacrosanct, and not to be violated.  Period.

I agree, if the Baker were a Muslim they should still not be forced to use their personal talents for something they are against.

The MAGA hat issue is not a religious freedom case.  You don't have a constitutional right to not be offended by a hat or to not have your feelings hurt for that matter.  

 

They are completely different issues and you can't draw a reasoned comparison between the two.  

 

I agree they aren't quite different. Not sure why the baker case was brought up here from the very beginning.
