My Tagalog sucks, but I will take a run at this.  You are getting a VISITOR visa to Sweden?  You want to know about CFO, is it required to exit the Philippines?

If you are only getting a visitor visa and NOT immigrating to Sweden, CFO is not required to exit the country.

CFO is for exiting EMIGRATES.

Hi!

The Philippine government requires every Filipino emigrant (people leaving the country to settle permanently) to go through that seminar, which I don't understand fully the reason quite frankly. Yes, you can set an appointment with CFO even without your visa packet. But I don't really recommend it because they'd give you only the certificate, not the sticker. If you do it without the visa, usually you'd have to come back for the sticker. Now, I am not sure about how it works as far as the thing with the Swedish embassy is concerned. But this I know, the first time I left the Philippines, I was asked to show both the CFO certificate and the sticker upon checking in my baggage and at the boarding gate.

No.   If you are only "visiting" Sweden and not emigrating CFO is not required.   Many travel using a visitor/tourist visa without the need for CFO.

3 Months pregnant want to go for visit for 6 Months means how you plan to get back?  Why are you going to Sweden?? This is a US Immigration forum so members here are not going to have specific information on Sweden.  However, you need to do your research.  Unlike other countries in the world the Philippines does not have to let their citizens leave the country even if they have a valid visa to another country and a valid Philippine passport.  You could easily find yourself off-boarded at the airport as Philippines Immigration may decide that you have immigrant intent or plan to work illegally in Sweden.  Rather you need a CFO or not depends on the type of visa you actually have.  If the visa allows you to be a resident in Sweden rather than a short term tourist then yes, you'll need a CFO.  Bear in mind also, that you may have issues getting thru immigration in Sweden.   Even if you have a valid tourist Visa if you show up at immigration in Sweden then you could be denied if they determine your intent is to immigrate and your visa doesn't match your intent.  Do so research and make sure you will be OK
