We agree, but for different reasons. These young women lived with the memory of his assault all these years and will never get their day in court. If Roy Moore is dumb enough to sue, there will be discovery and sworn depositions, this pos is not going to hold up under questioning.

Yeah conveniently decades later now is the time to come forward when he is running for political office. The accuser has already been caught in a lie and now has zero credibility. I hope she and her ambulance chasing attorney are sued for everything they have then face criminal charges for what future sexual assault victims will have to go through because of what they did.

She admitted to lying.  That makes her a liar.  She admitted to writing the notes under the signature, after she insisted on TV that Roy Moore had written the entire thing.  That makes her a liar and a forger.

There is no dispute that the love note is written by Roy Moore. Hand writting experts agree.

 

I am not an expert on sexual deviation so I have no idea wether it is true  about predaetory behavior changes over time. Maybe his itch was scratched with marriage.

 

The probability that 8 acusers would come forward is astronomical. To explain this away you will need to produce a grand theory of collusion and conspiracy or do what some Republicans are apparently doing:  saying it was a long time ago and maybe what he did is not that bad anyways.

That would be the worst love note in the history of mankind, if it really was a love note.  She admitted he did not write the notes under the signature after insisting on TV that he did write everything on that page.  

 

I don't see anyone saying that those actions are "not bad anyways".  They do say this was a long time ago, mainly to point out that there aren't any accusations that are still within the statute of limitations and that old accusations are much more difficult to prove or disprove. 

 

Sexual deviation is ingrained in a person's personality, it isn't something they can change without years of intensive therapy and even then the chances of them reverting to their sexually deviant behavior, given the right circumstances, is relatively high.  If the guy really is a perv, then he has no business being elected to Congress.  Just give me one piece of incriminating, concrete, and verifiable evidence that he sexually assaulted one of these women and I'll agree with you 100%.  There just isn't any that I have seen.  It is all she said/he said.
