U.S. Senate candidate says the United States “promotes a lot of bad things.”

Roy Moore, the Republican candidate from Alabama vying for the U.S. Senate, once slammed the United States for promoting “a lot of bad things,” and praised Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Many areas of the USA promote many bad things.

Right now it seems like the majority of Alabama is promoting electing someone who sexually assaulted minors to public office. That's a pretty good example.

How kind of him bring it up again.

In the interest of fairness and remaining in the middle of the road: As I've explained elsewhere, he isn't actually accused of being a pedophile.

As far as I'm aware he always showed interest in teenage "post-pubescent" girls. Still wrong, but not a pedophile. That is also important because the argument that has been passed around several times "Once a pedophile, always a pedophile, why hasn't he done anything recently?" doesn't necessarily apply here (and doesn't even really apply to pedophiles because it is actually referring to their mental process. Pedophiles have been rehabilitated to the point where they don't act on their thoughts, but their thoughts don't go away).

He'd also like us to go back to the time of slavery. If one good thing comes of it, I'm glad the old school Southern Baptist theology is having a spotlight shined on it.

Except the families that were sold separately...

Didn't news come out today that the yearbook that she had and he "supposedly signed and dated" is actually doctored?

Wow a Dem who is willing to falsify evidence to incriminate a Republican, it's like we have never heard that before at all.

http://dailycaller.com/2017/12/08/moore-accuser-admits-the-yearbook-was-doctored/

One of Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore’s accusers admitted that the yearbook she claims he signed was slightly doctored, during a Friday interview with ABC News.

Beverly Young Nelson, who accused Moore of groping her in the parking lot of a restaurant where she worked, appeared with famed liberal attorney Gloria Allred in the interview with “Good Morning America,” where she admitted to adding the date under Moore’s signature.

“Is the party more important really than what happened? I feel like my incident is being swept under the rug, literally, because he’s a Republican,” Nelson said.

Yeah. I know. Except they actually, really believe this stuff. Seriously. I can show you textbooks with this kind of thing.

I'd still argue that promoting someone who was alleged to have sexually assaulted minors by over a half dozen women to public office is still a "bad thing".

Lets not add to the swampiness of the swamp.
