Can anyone tell if a girl on visit visa get married to a green card holder. What are her options to change her status from visitor to immigrant? Can she stay in US after getting married on her visit visa and how she will so adjustment of status.

She has no options to stay and adjust, needs to go home and wait.

There is no way for someone on a tourist visa to adjust status with someone who is a green card holder. That privilege is only reserved for USC's.
