Need advice reg. advance parole

Hi i know that I can have some helpful advice from all of you experienced in this problem. My son just received combo card Ead- advance parole and he is planing to go visit our country but afraid that he might not be allowed to renter just because of his unlawful presence since 2008.He entered in 2008 with B2 visa and overstayed. In September he got married to his girlfriend US citizen applyed for adjustment of status   ,had his biometrics,and today he received the combo card. They are planning to go together back in our country but he is afraid to do so. Has anyone been in the same situation please help. Thanks in advance

Per Matter of Arrabally, the INA 212 overstay bars do not apply to someone with a pending I-485 and a valid AP.
