Hi,

 

We are soon going to apply for my mother's AOS. She has one day difference in her birth date than passport. We tried to get no record from corporation. But they are saying for one day difference they cannot issue this. Other ID proof are with correct date like school leaving certificate. 

Should we submit birth certificate with affidavit from her relatives? Is this valid ?

What can be done in this situation ? Help is highly appreciated.
